Placing an Order
You can place an order through our secure online shopping cart, using a major credit card, or you can call us and place an order over the phone. We can be reached at 623.551.5323 or 1.888.831.1037
Changing an Order
If you change your order after you hit the send button, email your changes to info@twosistersjewelryboutique.com with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line. Please also include your phone number. Once your order has been packed and shipped, it can't be recalled or changed.
Delivery and Shipping Rates
We want you to wear your jewelry as quickly as possible. In-stock orders are shipped within three business days. If a little more time is needed, we'll be in touch with you shortly after your order is placed by email or phone. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once Two Sisters Jewelry Boutique mails your order, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping agent.
Sales Tax
Two Sisters Jewelry Boutique must charge sales tax on all items shipped within the state of Arizona.
Return and Exchange Policies
Customer service is our top priority! We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not competely happy with. The item must be returned to Two Sisters Jewelry Boutique within 10 days of the shipping date. Please note that any returns received after this time will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Items must be sent in its original unused condition, including attatched tags and a copy of the invoice with the item circled that is being returned. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are honored within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us immediately at 1.888.831.1037 or info@twosistersjewelryboutique.com with EXCHANGE ORDER in the subject line and let us know which in-stock item you would prefer. Then, simply include a copy of your invoice with the unworn exchange item so we can quickly process your request.

We will not sell our mailing list to anyone for any reason. Our orders are processed on a secure server to ensure that your credit card information is safeguarded.
